A new Property Real Estate Agency was formed specifically for the Spanish market on the Costa Blanca. We had identified a niche marketing opportunity of Golf and Country Clubs. These developments offered client's exclusive property, better facilities and a new life style away from the mass market and over developed coast line developments and resorts.

In 2002 Pangaea's sights were set on the new emerging market of Bulgaria, following our success in Spain the same principles were applied, both beach and ski resorts were chosen although these developments were much smaller by comparison.

West Side Village is a superb Resort and Leisure Development in Hurghada, Egypt on the prestigious Red Sea Riviera. As part of the West Side Village team, Pangaea have created key strategic alliances and strengthened their management team ensuring that all aspects are comprehensive, including project management, design, sales and marketing, agency support, client administration and financial management.

The operational infrastructure will consist of two offices. UK head office will include the management team along with all supporting staff including sales, marketing, accounting & administration. In Hurghada we will have on-site sales showrooms and a project management team.
