Wonderful progress was made over the winter months of December and January, now over 96% of all major construction work for both stages one and two are complete. Having visited the site again today I am pleased to confirm the external painting to the facade is well underway with both balustrade and windows now being installed in another couple of weeks you will see the tremendous efforts being achieved by the teams of craftsmen and engineers on site. The tiling nears completion on building A of the solarium on the fourth floor for the Penthouses apartments.
