A Very Happy New Year to all our clients. It was great to meet and see so many clients towards the end of last year, many visiting Hurghada and the development for the first time. The overwhelming response by you all and the person e-mails received conveying your complete satisfaction was fantastic, thank you. Wonderful progress was made over the winter months of December and January, now over 96% of all major construction work for both stages one and two are complete. Having visited the site again today I am pleased to confirm the external painting to the facade is well underway with both balustrade and windows now being installed and it is for that reason I am going to wait until the first week of February to update the photographs I know so many of you are waiting to see. Another couple of weeks will show the tremendous efforts being achieved by the teams of craftsmen and engineers on site, so please be patient it is definitely going to be worth the wait!
